Rooms & Rates

Our spacious rooms accommodate anywhere from 2-6 people per room with our maximum capacity being 60 guests. Most rooms are equipped with a kitchen and all have private bathrooms. The current group rate is $30 USD per person, per night. Please ask about weekly or monthly rates.

Most of our rooms have air conditioning, however each room has a fan to make your stay more comfortable.

Amenities

Fairhaven provides a relaxing setting with several common areas ideal for group meetings. Meals are provided in the common dining area for groups of 8 or more at a cost of $15 per day per person (this includes two meals of your choice). We will send a menu for your approval prior to your visit.
